The university provides meetings and programs to enhance the performance of faculty and staff members, as well as to help them grow in their area of expertise. There are several approaches to promote and improve faculty and staff members. The university seeks to help its employees who constantly need to be competent in their profession or responsibility by sponsoring them to attend conferences, workshops, and seminars conducted locally, regionally, and internationally.
University faculty and staff of all departments are encouraged to conduct scholarly researches to strengthen their personal growth, to develop an approach of intellectual inquiry, and to stimulate mutual progress within the university’s community of faculty, staff, and students. As a result of research, contribution, and growth, faculty members in particular may be promoted in academic rank as indicated by the policy.
