Beginning with the Application Form, you will need to provide information in the following areas:

  • Academic background
  • Selection of residence
  • Health disclosure
  • Citizenship agreement
  • Motivation letter

The next step in the application process is submitting Required Documents:

Bachelor’s Degree Program

I. Lebanese Baccalaureate/Vocational track holders:

  • Clear copy of recent passport
  • Clear copy of ID
  • Official High School Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL, Duolingo, & IELTS)
  • Certified copy of the official BACC test results
  • A recent statement of Lebanese Social Security registration
  • Clear copy of civil record status (Ekhraj Kayd)
  • In case of no social security, clearly state your full current home address

II. International Baccalaureate/Vocational track holders:

  • Clear copy of recent passport
  • Clear copy of ID
  • Official High School Transcripts of Grades 7 to 12
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL, Duolingo, & IELTS)
  • Grade 12 passing certificate/diploma

*Those transcripts must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education, Foreign Affairs, and
Lebanese Embassy where the applicant studied.

*Applicant must equalize those authenticated transcripts in the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs in Lebanon.

Master’s Degree Program

Applicants must submit same required documents of the bachelor’s degree level, in addition to their equalized Bachelor’s diploma.

Freshman Program

I. High School Students from Lebanese Schools

  • Clear copy of recent passport
  • Clear copy of ID
  • Official High School Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL, Duolingo, & IELTS)
  • SAT passing grade (870 for Arts track / 950 for Science track)
  • Certified copy of the permission to enroll in High School level from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Lebanon

II. High School Students from Foreign Schools (International Students)

  • Clear copy of recent passport
  • Clear copy of ID
  • Official High School Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL, Duolingo, & IELTS)
  • SAT passing grade (870 for Arts track / 950 for Science track)

*Those transcripts must be authenticated by the Ministry of Education, Foreign Affairs, and
Lebanese Embassy where the applicant studied.

*Applicant must equalize those authenticated transcripts in the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs in Lebanon.

*In case, applicants didn’t submit the required SAT during the admission process, they need to submit an English Proficiency test with a passing grade according to MEU recent academic catalog.

Transfer Students

Applicants must submit same required documents for admission, in addition to official transcripts and course description.

English & Arabic Language Institutes

  • Clear copy of recent passport
  • Clear copy of ID
  • Official High School Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL, Duolingo, & IELTS)

The Application Fee must be submitted with the Application Form and Required Documents:

  • $50 for undergraduate or graduate applicants
